Flexible input options

Attendance Rx and Attendance Rx Network do not require terminals, badges or time cards. With the standalone version of the software, up to 50 employees can punch in and out at a designated PC, with no additional terminals, badges or other hardware required. Choose the Network version, and employees can conveniently use any networked PC to clock in and out, including the PC right on their own desk. No more expensive paper time cards or illegible handwritten records!

Easy to Install

Attendance Rx software installs easily. A helpful User Manual and built-in software "Wizards" will guide you through setting up the software.

Attendance Rx software is an accurate and simple record keeping solution ideal for office or light industrial environments. Featuring data exchange with Quickbooks Pro and the ability to export data to most popular payroll programs, Attendance Rx or Attendance Rx Network will increase accuracy and speed of payroll preparation, saving you both money and time.

This versatile software can be configured to accommodate two classes of overtime plus 7th day overtime for weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly pay periods. It includes up to 12 shifts, each with their own standard start and stop times and lunch rules. This time and attendance solution is flexible enough to adapt to the way you do business, not the other way around.

Attendance Rx records hours worked for overtime-eligible employees, and records sick time, vacation, holidays and other absences for salaried exempt employees. There's no longer any need to use different tracking methods for exempt and non-exempt/hourly employees — all your employees can use Attendance Rx.

Because Attendance Rx is a real-time system, there's no inconvenient polling required before you can process data or run reports. It even includes a handy In/Out Board, so you can see at a glance who's in the office and who's not.
