Affordably priced ATRx ProxTime™ is a complete time and attendance system featuring a sleek and functional proximity badge terminal that will compliment any office environment.

ATRx ProxTime at a glance

Includes all the benefits and features of the advanced Attendance Rx™ software, plus:

  • Economical — Employees can clock in and out simply by passing their badge near the front of the terminal. Eliminates the need to constantly reorder paper time cards. The proximity badges are more durable than magnetic stripe or bar code badges.

  • Flexible — The ATRx ProxTime terminals also allow employees to clock in and out without their badge, if necessary, by using the terminal keypad.

  • Expandable — Each ATRx ProxTime Network system can support up to eight terminals. Any employee can use any terminal to clock in or out.

Simple and reliable time and attendance tracking

Easy and affordable, the basic ATRx ProxTime package includes everything you need to get started: a single-PC, 50-employee edition of Attendance Rx time and attendance software, an ATRx10 primary terminal with communications cable and a starter pack of 15 proximity badges. Employees simply punch in and out using the included badges and terminal or on a designated PC.

For greater flexibility, ATRx ProxTime Network, with up to a 250 employee capacity, is available via special order. You can attach up to eight terminals, each placed up to 50 feet away from a networked PC. Supervisors can review, edit and approve punches from their own networked PCs! Easy to set up

The included Attendance Rx software installs easily. A helpful User Manual, a Quick Start Guide and built-in software "Wizards" will guide you through setting up the system.

Easy to use

ATRx ProxTime is convenient and easy to use — your employees simply wave their badges near the terminal to clock in or out. (If they forget or misplace their badges, they can also clock in and out using the terminal keypad.)

Since the system doesn't require polling, it even features a real-time in/out board, so you can see at a glance who's in the office and who's out!

Note: ProxTime terminals require 120VAC, 60Hz. ATRx10 terminal must be installed within 50 feet of the PC.
